Ensuring that all resident files are compliant, delivering the best customer service to existing residents and new prospects, assisting with events and any queries from residents throughout their tenancy with urbanbubble.

The role is working Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30am - 7:30pm. You will also be required to work some Saturday's on a rota basis._**

**What will you do?**
- Booking and conducting viewings onsite and virtually
- Obtaining all required references prior to accepting a tenancy.
- Working with the Finance team to ensure that move in monies and deposits have cleared in advance of the tenancy start date.
- Drafting tenancy documents
- Mid-term inspections of the apartments are required, creating a report and where there is a maintenance issue or something findings which need attention actioning this promptly.
- Promptly following up all correspondence relating to contract extensions
- Negotiating rental increases in line with market rent.
- Arranging check in/check outs
- Assist with the arranging of engagement events for residents
- Cover the Front of House team when required

**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent Customer Service and dealing with difficult situations face to face
- Property/ Lettings experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems (Training however will be provided).
