As the Finance Administrator you will be responsible for undertaking the commission administration tasks within the financials to support in maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all the ledger. As well as ensuring all Sales/Commission Ledger invoices are billed and queries resolved in a timely manner.

**The Role & Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator**
- Issuing Invoices
- Support in monthly contra process, working closely with the Sales Ledger Supervisor.
- The processing of invoice queries
- Adjusting Commission Claims where required and ensuring all adjustments have been authorised by your Line Manager
- Notifying the Credit Controller of any unresolved queries
- Support the Credit Control team with sending claims, VAT receipts or statements.
- Provide administrative assistance, as and when required.

**Requirements of the Finance Administrator**
- AAT qualified, recent graduate or qualified by experience considered
- Previous experience working within a similar role would be advantageous
- Experience using Accounting softwares and MS Excel is beneficial

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
