_**Service co-ordinator**_

As a service co-ordinator to the _Waste Spectrum_ arm of our group, you will act as a vital line of support for customers needing spare parts and troubleshooting for their machines. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the level of service they deserve by providing advice, identifying the correct parts and ensuring they receive these, in liaison with other internal departments. Throughout the process you will maintain good levels of communication with all parties and ensure they are well-informed.

You will:

- Provide technical support over the phone and diagnose common faults or running issues.
- Recognise when repairs may need to progress to the field service team.
- Manage a field service diary and liaise with the service team.
- Co-ordinate the quoting and fulfilment of spares orders, for domestic and international customers.
- Use technical data and drawings, to correctly identify machine parts.
- Put orders and quotations through with support from the admin team and chase products from suppliers if required.
- Update the sales team and directors regarding the progress of orders.
- Maintain thorough records of all actions and interactions.

You will:

- Have a proven track record in a customer service role.
- Thrive on problem-solving and have a keen technical interest.
- Have excellent organisational skills and be efficient with your time.
- Be self-motivated and driven by customer satisfaction.
- Likely have previous experience in an after-sales or service advisor type role.
- Be ambitious to succeed in the role with potential to progress to a service supervisor or manager role.

We offer:

- £26-£30k salary, dependent upon experience.
- Generous holiday allowance of 31 days per year, rising by a further day per year to 36 after 5 years.

- NB: Due to the need to co-ordinate between departments, this is an on-site role based at our offices in Worcester.
- Standard working hours 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
