Here at Platform Property Care (PPC) we have a great opportunity for an efficient and organised coordinator to join us as a Grounds Maintenance Coordinator based in our Worcester office. This is a key role in our Estates team and would suit someone with a real can-do attitude who loves being busy

Our Estates team is growing It’s an exciting time to join as our Estates Services team increases from looking after our green areas in Worcestershire, Derbyshire, and the West Midlands to now include new teams based further afield in Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, and Lincolnshire.

**What could you be doing?**

You’ll be responsible for providing effective coordination and administration support to the Grounds Maintenance and Arboriculture team with a special focus on providing accurate and regular communication to enhance service delivery.

You will be managing the tree stock data in the three Localities and play a real part of the operation being involved in and providing administrative support for lots of key tasks and projects, helping the Arboriculture team deliver their business objectives.

You will be liaising with internal colleagues, and then act as an ambassador for Platform, dealing with and helping to resolve queries and low-level complaints with external customers, local authorities, and sub-contractors to ensure the Grounds Maintenance service is delivered accordingly. You will play a key role in making a difference to our customers’ environment.

- You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills: you will be building strong working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Super organised and efficient, you will be able to work to strict deadlines
- You’ll be the point of contact for all queries so you will readily take ownership, and be able to prioritise
- You won’t shy from tackling a problem and try to resolve it yourself before escalating
- Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative whilst working
- You’ll also have great administration, IT, and numeracy skills
- You will have experience of providing administrative support in either a property maintenance or construction environment

This role is based in our office in Worcester, located near Shrub Hill making it ideal for commuting via train or if you are driving there is free car parking on site.
