**Job Purpose**:
We are seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our busy and expanding team at Create Fertility.

As an essential member of our small in-house HR team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional employee-focused HR and recruitment services to our geographically spread team of 300+ employees.

Reporting to both the Head of HR and Head of Talent and Recruitment, you will play a critical role in supporting senior stakeholders and line managers across the business to deliver the people agenda aligned with our business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an HR/Recruitment Administrator at Create, your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing an effective and accurate end-to-end support service to recruiting managers for their specific recruitment drives
- Ensuring the timely return of all recruitment paperwork, ensuring it is completed and up to date
- Ensuring the accurate and timely production of all relevant correspondence relating to recruitment and selection
- Maintaining accurate and efficient filing systems, including retention and updating of employee files
- Receiving all calls and enquiries, ensuring that processes are followed, and relevant information is passed on to the appropriate people/departments
- Assisting with the recruitment cycle, from developing job descriptions, liaising with hiring managers, briefing agencies, logging CVs, and conducting interviews
- Supporting HR employee lifecycle administration, including joiners, leavers, secondments, consultants, and contract amendments
- Maintaining HR-related spreadsheets/systems and data and using this data to create dashboards
- Continuously developing professional knowledge and skills by keeping up to date with external trends and best practices in HR & Recruitment
- Providing dedicated support and working with both line managers to proactively support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Supporting line managers on performance, attendance, disciplinary, and grievance matters
- Carrying out any other work within your abilities from time to time at our request
