**Job Summary**

You might have experience in customer service, whether that be in an office, retail or hospitality.

Or maybe you’re working in an office, in an admin role, but not yet had the chance to speak with customers on the phone.

Now is time for something new.

If you’re used to working under pressure that will put you in good stead to do this position well. There will be a lot of multi-tasking required, so good organisation skills is a must.

It’s important that you put your personality into every call, that you’re clear, confident and polite, as this will help to develop solid relationships with key contacts, ensuring customer satisfaction.

You might not know all the answers to the questions that customers ask you, that’s ok, we have Account Coordinator’s that you will escalate queries or complaints to.

You will need to be pretty hot with attention to detail, as it’s crucial that customer details are accurately recorded on to our customer database, otherwise known as a CRM system. Having the ability to navigate around a computer and having experience in using the Microsoft Office suite is essential, as we’re a paperless office and everything is recorded on our IT systems.
