Planning Administrator

Anderson Knight is recruiting a Planning Administrator for a well-established, FM business based in Glasgow.
The role of a Planning Administrator to ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day planning and scheduling of engineers' routes and workloads across various reactive and planned service contracts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and schedule engineers' routes and workloads for both reactive and planned service contracts.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet service demands.
- Monitor daily schedules and adjust as needed to accommodate changes and emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with engineers and other team members to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, work orders, and completed tasks.
- Collaborate with the Services Manager to meet SLA and KPI targets.
- Assist in the procurement of necessary equipment and spare parts as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in a similar role or the service industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills.
**Working Hours**:
- Typically working 5 days over 7.
- Shift pattern on rotation:
- 07:00 - 15:30
- 09:00 - 17:30
- 11:30 - 20:00
