**Howe Ceilings & Interiors** are a family run company based in Glasgow who specialise in suspended ceilings, partitions and acoustic panelling.
As part of our continuous growth plan we have an exciting opportunity for an administrator.
**Duties**
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist in scheduling and maintaining work calendar
- Pre-qualification questionnaires
- Tender process administration
- Project document management and loading information into project management software
- Admin required for monthly/periodic evaluations
- Reconciling payment certificates with invoices
- Operations & maintenance manuals
- Logging & reconciliation of purchase ledger
- Compile payroll information
- ISO accreditation admin & maintenance
- All other accreditation and certification administration
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Administrative experience in similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient with Apple computer software
- Be well presented
- Have strong problem solving skills and be able to work off their own accord
- Knowledge of Xero or accounting software’s also preferable.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
