AEM Limited has been Europe's leading independent overhaul and repair facility for more than 60 years. The company has a solid reputation in the aerospace industry for providing a broad range of services to international and regional airlines, helicopter operators and airframe manufacturers. Conducting business from three sites in the United Kingdom, AEM offers specialist services for more than 5,000 components over a variety of aircraft systems with capabilities covering aircraft windings, electrical power, hydraulic components, landing gear and safety equipment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Maintaining compliance for the AEM quality approvals, including but not limited to AS9100, AS9110, CAA 145, CAA Part 21G, EASA 145, FAA & Foreign approvals.

Support with maintaining the quality management systems, delivering compliance through the management of technical documentation and external calibration function at the Ramsgate facility, ensuring training records, re-current training requirements and the internal audit schedule are kept up dated.
- Maintain approved technical documentation, ensuring all records are at the correct revision status or quarantined accordingly
- Maintain (AD’s) Regulatory Air Worthiness directives, ensuring all departments are aware and notified accordingly.
- Support with the Management of External calibration as and when required.
- Support with desktop audits and stamp control systems for the 3 sites.
- Management and Completion of customer quality vendor questionnaires.
- Support with internal audits as required to support process and operational independence as per regulation requirements.
- Support with the recording of training events and organising recurrent training as necessary.
- Documenting processes, procedures, local instructions, and forms for the company.
- Comply with all safe working practices in relation to HSE policies and procedures.
- Ensure service levels are maximised for all customers, internal & external.

**Essential Requirements**

English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
