We are seeking a skilled Mechanical & Hydraulic Inspector to join our team at New Appointment Group. As a Mechanical & Hydraulic Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our clients' mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities- Dismantle and inspect hydraulic and mechanical components to identify any defects or issues.
- Analyse technical documents and specifications to understand system requirements.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks to identify and resolve system issues.
- Use precision calibrated measurement tools to inspect and test components.
- Assemble hydraulic and mechanical systems and components from technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards set by regulatory bodies and company policies.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Experience in mechanical or hydraulic engineering.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Excellent analytical, administrative, and organizational abilities with a strong eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach.
