Homestyle Blinds and Interiors is a family run business located in Ballyclare. We are a leading interior business dedicated to providing our customers with the best customer service and design expertise alongside providing them with our top quality products.

We are recruiting for a part time position.

We are wanting to expand our friendly team and will be looking for sales assistants for our Ballyclare showroom. This role will be in a fast pace environment and will involve dealing with multiple customers/projects so does come with responsibility in managing them efficiently. Full training will be provided

Job Title: Sales Advisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Understand and communicate product features, benefits and specifications.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and keep them updated on their orders
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Diary management for our fitters
- Assist customers with choosing products for their home
- Colour matching
- Designing Projects

Creating invoices and processing payments

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A minimum of 2 years in a sales role
- Have an interest in interior design
- Be able to read measurements both metric and imperial
- Must have minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English
- Good telephone manner essential
- Be enthusiastic and willing to learn

We provide full training to the successful applicant.

Salary based on experience starting at £10.50
