We are looking for friendly and passionate Healthcare Assistants to join our care team to look after young gentleman in Cranbrook with complex health care needs.
**Key Requirements**
- Applicants should be compassionate with a strong sense of integrity and dedication.
- Ability to work as part of multidisciplinary team.
- Good literacy skills, attention to detail and the ability to complete written records of care.
- An excellent communicator and good team player.
- Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's lives.
- Willing to do regular training.
- A current driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is desirable.
