Home Care Assistant

What You'll Do
As a Care Assistant with Kent Social Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. This includes:
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with medication management, including collecting prescriptions and administering medication
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
- Supporting clients with mobility issues and helping them get around safely
