Job Summary

Care By Us Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Kent. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering award-winning care to our clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as patience, compassion, and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for providing companionship, assisting with personal care, collecting prescriptions, preparing meals, maintaining client homes, and supporting clients with mobility issues.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £20,000-£25,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits such as enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, and access to our in-house app.
