We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. This role involves providing high-quality care to support clients in their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and self-worth.
About the RoleAs a key member of our care team, you will deliver personalized care services to clients, including companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
- Personalized Care: Provide emotional support and prevent loneliness through regular visits and activities tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintenance Support: Assist with all aspects of personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring clients maintain their personal comfort and well-being.
- Medication Management: Collect prescriptions and provide reminders to ensure clients take their medications as prescribed, promoting their health and safety.
- Nutritional Support: Prepare nutritious meals that cater to clients' dietary needs and preferences, enhancing their quality of life.
- Housekeeping Services: Maintain clients' homes to their preferred standards, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
- Mobility Assistance: Assist clients with getting around, whether it's walking, using a wheelchair, or other mobility aids, promoting their independence and confidence.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care services, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
Salary: £24,500 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package.
