About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and self-worth.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour (Weekends £11.90) and enhanced pay for nights (£12.44 ph). We also offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, pension scheme, and 28 days annual leave (pro rata).
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering care that meets the needs of our clients, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation
- Providing companionship and social interaction to prevent loneliness and isolation
- Supporting clients with mobility issues and helping them get around safely
- Keeping accurate records of client care and progress
