Support Officer

Buss Murton Law seeks a skilled Support Officer to join our property department. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our fee-earners, facilitating the smooth delivery of our conveyancing services.
Main Responsibilities:
- As a first point of contact for the property department, you will manage incoming and outgoing post, respond to queries, and handle various administrative tasks.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining effective communication and escalating issues promptly when necessary.
- Accurately prepare and submit conveyancing quotes, sales and purchase documents, and other associated paperwork, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Utilize the Land Registry Portal efficiently, guaranteeing accurate completion and submission of relevant documentation.
- Maintain precise filing systems, preserve confidentiality, and adhere to data protection protocols.
- Swiftly address correspondence, initiating letters to relevant parties, and handle mail and enclosures with care.
- Organize meetings, schedule conference rooms, and keep an updated calendar for your designated fee-earners.

Your Benefits:
- A competitive annual salary ranging from £25,500 to £28,000, dependent on experience, along with 22 days' paid vacation (pro-rata for part-time workers), inclusive of bank holidays, extended health insurance, free retirement plan enrollment, group life insurance, and social company gatherings.
