**Project Coordinator - Wales - £25,000-£27,000 with Bonus and excellent benefits**

We rebranded to Ogi in 2021 to represent our dedication to Welsh communities and received a significant multi-million-pound investment to deliver a large-scale and ambitious rollout of full fibre internet across South Wales.
We are looking for Project Coordinators to join our amazing team across West Wales to provide essential administrative and project support to the multi-discipline Build Team and to organise all project activities associated with the roll out of our Fibre to the Home network.
**About you**
This role is key to ensuring that the delivery programme team is supported through the co-ordination, reporting and analysis of key activities by preparation of focused and accurate progress reports, escalating and tracking barriers to delivery, ensuring all project tracking tools are updated and identified actions driven to completion.
You should also have the ability to self-direct and prioritise complex and varied workloads with great attention to detail. _Other essential experience we’re looking for includes -_
- _Excellent organisation skills including ability to manage diaries and document libraries
- High level of attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) along with the ability to quickly earn trust within a multi-disciplinary and diverse team
- Knowledge and experience of preparing work plans, allocating tasks and ability to monitor performance against programme
- Experience of drafting reports, including for Management and Boards
- Experience in providing PA, commercial, project or analyst support within a commercial or public services organisation
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
While training will be provided for CEMAR and project systems, experience in project management tools is desirable.
**What you’ll be doing**
- The Project Coordinator role will include, but not be limited to-_
- To provide administrative support to the Build Team, including calendar management
- Manage the receipt of mail, project memorandums, clarification requests from contractors and distribute actions across workstream leads
- Work closely with the Regional Build Team and Commercial Team to monitor and manage contract notification system (CEMAR system)
- Managing change control sheet for compensation and relief events under the construction contracts
- Liaise with the Community Liaison/contractors to deliver a successful outcome
- Work with the Sales & Marketing teams in co-ordination of Community events, the booking of venues and managing letter drops and communication with residents and business's
- Managing materials orders and tracking deliveries from suppliers
- Liaising with New Build and Finance Teams to manage the Purchase Order process with supply chain
- Assist in creation, monitoring and update of overall programme and works programmes for each Build Area
- Work with regional Build Team to prepare weekly reports on construction progress and assist in preparation of regular reports, papers and approval documentation
- Take meeting minutes and distribute action lists, follow up on actions arising
- On completion of Build Areas, liaise with designers, Principal Designer, contracts and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of Health & Safety folders, as built GIS records and other statutory and assessment management documentation
