Community Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Programme Officer to join our team at Cartrefi Cymru Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a programme of community activities and training that contributes to the aims of the service.
This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week, with flexible working hours including evenings and weekends. If you are passionate about building relationships and connections within communities, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a programme of community activities and training that aligns with the service's objectives.
- Foster opportunities for participants to contribute to ongoing project design and delivery.
- Collaborate with other organisations and agencies to build relationships and networks.
- Uphold person-centred values in working practices, ensuring support is tailored to participants' needs.
- Promote Cartrefi Cymru Co to enhance membership and explore new ways to utilise resources for community benefit.
We are looking for a creative and organised individual with excellent communication and networking skills. As a strong team player, you will be able to work to consistent standards and have basic computer skills to maintain simple records and find information.
