Job Overview

We are committed to recruiting and developing a workforce that reflects the communities we serve. Our Adult Safeguarding Team is seeking a highly organized and flexible Senior Social Care Administrator to support the effective delivery of statutory and non-statutory responsibilities.

The postholder will coordinate the activity of a small administrative team on a day-to-day basis, requiring excellent office-based organizational skills and a good understanding of adult social care and safeguarding services.

A relevant administrative qualification (QCF Level 3 or equivalent) and a management qualification (ILM Level 3/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are essential for this role.

Welsh language level - Verbal: Level 3 is required for this position.

The Role
  • Support the Adult Safeguarding Team in delivering statutory and non-statutory responsibilities.
  • Coordinate the activity of a small administrative team.
  • Develop and maintain administrative processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
