This challenging and rewarding role requires a well-organized and experienced individual to lead the Electoral team in operational electoral registration activities.
About the roleAs Senior Electoral Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of elections in accordance with legislation and best practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining arrangements to achieve and demonstrate compliance with Electoral Commission performance standards.
- Coordinating and leading an election project team.
- Maintaining quality assurance in service delivery and customer care.
A strong analytical and problem-solving skill set, excellent communication abilities, and a good level of conversational Welsh are required for this role.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £53,093 - £58,341 per annum, plus benefits such as automatic enrolment into the Local Government Pension Scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.
