We are looking for an exceptional leader to manage one of these new homes, providing a safe and supportive environment for children aged 11-17.

\

The successful candidate will work closely with a team of experienced staff to deliver a therapeutic model of care, focusing on listening to and caring for each child.

\

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents, with a competitive salary of around £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.

\
