Hywel Dda University Health Board is recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Psychological Therapist to join its Staff Psychological Wellbeing Service. As a Counsellor, you will play a vital role in providing expert psychological therapy to NHS staff members, utilizing your knowledge of Counselling or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to at least Diploma level.

Responsibilities

You will work in a supportive team environment, enjoying flexible working arrangements and having access to regular clinical supervision and opportunities for professional development. Our Health Board values innovation, continuous learning, and improvement, and our team works closely with other services and teams across three counties.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £43,141 per annum and a blended model of engagement, including face-to-face work and virtual platforms, allowing some home working.
