Job Title: Environmental Services Specialist

The Environmental Services Specialist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers. This individual will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pot and Pan Cleaning: Ensure all pots and pans are cleaned and sanitized to prevent the spread of foodborne illnesses.
  • Dishwashing: Wash and sanitize all dishware and eating utensils during and after meals.
  • Replenishment and Setup: Set up and replenish dining table condiments, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, flatware, napkins, and serving trays before each serving.
  • Food Serving Assistance: Assist with the serving of cooked food, dessert, pre-cut salad, and salad enhancements provided by the Dining Facility Manager.
  • Cleaning Services: Maintain the cleanliness of areas that immediately affect customer service, including the dining facility.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Benefits:
