Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Nurse Practitioner Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our residents.

You will have current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing care plans and risk assessments, and understanding of regulatory frameworks, is essential.

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package including free training and development opportunities.

You will work closely with our nursing staff to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
