**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:

- Providing general daily support to the rest of the Customer Service team
- Orders processed accurately, according to specific customer requirements and any anomalies reported
- Arrange 3rd party transport for those orders that require it
- Working with internal business partners and customers regarding special customer requirements
- Opening new accounts and general customer account administration
- General evening support role for the Sales Team
- Resolve day to day issues where necessary
- Meet all required standards and service levels for all customers
- Ensure good communication with all key departments of the business
- Display a "can do" attitude
- Comply with Health & Safety & Food Safety Standards within the business
- Attention to detail and quality focus is essential
- To contribute to the Health & Safety, Food Safety and Socio-Environmental Belazu values, and to help achieve the company-wide objectives that are communicated on an ongoing basis
- Achieve all KPIs and annual goals set, including objectives

**Knowledge / Qualifications**:

- Proficient in relevant Microsoft skills especially Outlook and Excel
- Proficiency in the English language

**Experience**:

- An applicant who has either relevant administration and sales support experience, or has experience of working within a Customer Service department

- Excellent attention to detail
- Efficiency is key as the role is fast-paced regarding administration and communication

**Terms**:

- 40 hrs/wk: 9.30am to 6pm - Mon to Fri while training in the office, moving to 3.30pm to 12 midnight **OR** 4pm to 12.30am - Sun to Thurs working from home
- Probationary period 3 months
- Annual salary review (our 'movers and shakers' are always rewarded)
- 10% KPI related bonus based around challenging but achievable tasks related to the role

**Will need to be within easy commute to the office (45-min door to door commute times will only be considered)**
