Hotel Night Porter

Join the team at The Bridge Hotel as a Night Porter Officially known as a Guest Service Assistant - Nights, you'll oversee our hotel during the peaceful nights, ensuring security and great customer service. Working shifts of **11pm -7am (11pm - 8am on Friday & Saturdays)**, you'll be working a shift pattern of **4 on, 4 off** in return for a salary of £10.50 per hour plus benefits. The option of **live-in accommodation is available** (monthly deduction applies).

**What you will be doing**:

- Ensuring building is secure at all times during the night until the early hours in the morning
- Checking in late arrivals and checking out early departures, making sure payments have been taken
- Keeping the hotel clean and tidy as well as preparing for the following day's events
- Setting up breakfast service, this will include setting tables, helping in the kitchen and general tasks
- Assisting hotel guests with any enquiries or issues during their stay

A **minimum of one year's experience in a similar role **is required and previous experience at night shift work especially in the hospitality industry would be highly desirable.

Located in Greenford, The Bridge Hotel and pub is located just off the A40 Western Avenue, around a ten minute walk from Greenford Underground Station, and is very well served by local bus routes. The hotel has guest rooms, function suites and a bar and restaurant, plus parking and is part of the Starboard Hotels group.
