We are now recruiting a high volume of Warehouse Customer Assistants, to support our Customer Fulfilment Centre for Waitrose, Greenford. The site is 24 hours a day, 7 day a week warehouse and transport operation. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service that we’re known for at Waitrose & Partners by accurately selecting products for our online customers ensuring products selected meet all the required criteria i.e., substitutes, date codes in our customer fulfilment centre.

Working Pattern: Mixed days any 5/7 allocated
- **_NIGHT _**shift starting at 22:00pm-06:00am
- **Within this role, you will**:

- Pick customer orders accurately, safely, and according to targets.
- Work with Enthusiasm, friendly personality, and willingness to go the extra mile for our customers
- Store and replenish goods accurately and safely within the set targets.
- Load and unload vehicles to schedule accurately recording appropriate details. Work across all temperature (ambient and chilled environments and handle alcohol and meat.

**Here’s what you’ll get:
- Starting hourly rate of £12.59 per hour
- You will get £2.67 per hour Night Shift premium which is paid between 10pm to 6am

**Additionally, we’re looking for people who**:

- Are over 18 years old and have the legal right to work in the UK. **We will need to see and verify all physical documents.**:

- Able to lift and handle goods.
- Can take the initiative and use common sense.
- Have a good degree of literacy and numeracy.
