**So, what is Commercial Support at Sponge?**

Sales Operations and Bids is at the heart of everything that happens in our Sales team. Excuse the cliché but trust us when we say no two days are the same in the world of Sales Operations at Sponge. We build, develop and manage all aspects of the bid and sales processes with tools and platforms that support each client interaction from first contact through to happy customer advocates.

But they can't do this alone. Sales Operations are an integral part of our customer journey and work alongside our Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Finance teams to make sure Sponge continues to deliver high value learning solutions for our clients.

**We need people who will**:

- Work collaboratively to add value to the client experience in various administrative tasks both internally and externally
- Use their keen eye for detail to process sales orders through the sales cycle
- Effectively plan and priorities their workload to enable the Sales team to achieve their monthly targets
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay three steps ahead to proactively support our Sales team
- Establish regular communications with our global clients

**We need people who can demonstrate**:

- Experience in a similar role for at least two years
- An ability to problem solve in a busy environment
- An organised approach to planning and delivering against tight deadlines
- Confident IT skills in Office 365
- Strong people skills to work with both internal and external clients
- A drive and ambition to succeed

**Location**

Our new headquarters is in the Bristol area (The Paintworks). We offer a mix of home and office working because we believe both are necessary for a high performing team. We know you need some time to concentrate and avoid constant commuting, so homeworking is essential, but we also feel face-to-face time is important too.

We work in a Hybrid way with ideally 3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week worked remotely. We offer flexible working options also to help find the right work-life balance for you.

We currently have main offices in the UK in Bristol, Plymouth, Glasgow, and in Europe in Berlin and Brussels.
