Working closely with coaching and mentoring leads across Cornwall and the Isle of Scilly you will provide comprehensive admin support to ensure the smooth day to day running of the service and the successful implementation of a new coaching and mentoring IT system.

**Main duties of the job**:
The primary purpose of the role is to be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the design, development and implementation of the new stand-alone coaching and mentoring system across the Cornwall and Isle of Scilly system (CIOS).

***This includes:

- Identifying the system learning and development needs across CFT and the CIOS system with the aim of supporting all colleagues to access the system.
- Providing advice and guidance to colleagues working across CIOS regarding the system, how to access coaching and mentoring opportunities and system reporting and house-keeping.
