- Proporcionar uma experiência positiva ao cliente e resolução de primeira.
- Usar ferramentas internas para auxiliar e assumir a questão do seu cliente.
- Promover o jogo seguro.
- Manter o conhecimento das políticas, procedimentos e requisitos de licenciamento.
