Talent Acquisition Advisor - EMEA Capital Markets Group

**Key Accountabilities**:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referral management, counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse roles within the Capital Markets and Value and Risk Advisory businesses.
Negotiate hiring terms and collaborate with stakeholders on total rewards packages.
Utilize a data-driven approach to provide recruiting metrics for both internal and external reporting.
Establish key success measures and deliver regular reporting and analysis of recruiting efforts.
Build and nurture relationships with both passive and active talent within Real Estate service providers, investment banks, and Real Estate private equity.
Collaborate with the Global Recruitment team to create best practices and contribute to firm-wide recruiting initiatives.
Incorporate purpose-driven messages into the recruiting experience.
Leverage technology to drive process improvements and simplify recruitment procedures.

Demonstrated experience in recruitment, with expertise in search, Talent Intelligence, or Early Career recruiting.
Familiarity within the Real Estate Investment, Private Equity & Capital Markets sectors is preferred
Experience with search firm environments is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global matrixed environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking and CRM systems; experience with Workday and Avature is a plus.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset and outstanding problem-solving skills for talent mapping and pipelining projects.
Tech-savvy and able to leverage technology for increased efficiency.
Operates with a sales mindset, effectively articulating JLL's vision for shaping the future of real estate.
Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of driving results.
Team player who can work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
