Our client in Birkenhead is looking for an experienced account coordinator to join their team. You will be working closely with both existing and prospective clients to discuss their needs, and match them with the products that will optimize customer satisfaction. Additional duties may include generating sales leads, handling client complaints, demonstrating products, etc.
- Proven experience in a sales/marketing/accounts position (desirable)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, etc)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer relationship management tools

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
