Sales and Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at SFL Mobile Radio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the customer service support process is operated in a professional manner from initial enquiry to completion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Equipment Management: Ensure completion of hire agreements for new hires, process 'on-hire' equipment via Syrinx, confirm delivery with customers, and liaise with the courier to resolve any issues.
- Defective Equipment: Promptly deal with defective equipment by organizing an exchange and ensuring it is returned in good working order.
- Collection and Off-hiring: Organize collection of equipment at the end of the hire period and liaise with the logistics team to ensure correct equipment is returned.
- Loss Letters: Issue loss letters for missing or damaged equipment.
- Relationship Management: Provide excellent service and manage relationships with key account customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in the business, including logistics and sales teams.
- Record Keeping: Manage maintenance record keeping and filing systems.
- System Development: Help develop, drive, and maintain the integrity of Syrinx.
- Problem-Solving: Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience using Syrinx or a similar CRM platform.
- Drive for Improvement: The drive to continuously improve processes.
- Communication: Ability to communicate professionally and friendly manner.
- Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring quality and quantity of service.
- Telephone Manner: Good telephone manner.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in all areas on their own or as part of a team.
- Educational Background: Educated to A-level standard or equivalent or relevant experience.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Basic Salary: £24,000 to £25,000 per annum + Bonus.
