About the job:
About The Role:
- Office Ownership: You will be the owner of our London office, overseeing smooth office operations and enhancing employee experiences through an exceptional office environment.
- Catering & Housekeeping Programs: Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging yet efficient catering and housekeeping programs to maintain a high level of comfort and cleanliness.
- M&E Systems & Maintenance: Monitor and manage all mechanical and electrical systems (M&E), execute PPM (facilities break and leakage plan), and handle office security, safety, maintenance, and cleaning. You’ll ensure a timely response to any office emergency situations.
- Office Activities & Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing various office-related activities, such as seating arrangements, sustainability initiatives, office renovations, equipment repairs, etc.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards related to environment, health, safety, and COVID-19 protocols.
- Vendor Management: Source vendors, negotiate office contracts, and manage vendor relationships over time.
- Employee Life Cycle & Internal Events: Help organize and execute employee life cycle activities and internal events, including birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, company parties, offsites, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in facilities positions or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- A strategic approach to planning and problem-solving, combined with hands-on capabilities. Proven organizational skills and the ability to execute tasks under short deadlines are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service to employees.
- Proven experience in managing office M&E systems, workplace service providers, and housekeeping & catering teams.
- Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience with team management is advantageous.
