**Genesis Personal Assistant**
**Genesis Leeds (Regular travel across the United Kingdom required to attend events and customer meetings, being flexible with travel is a must for this position)**
**£32,000 basic salary with an OTE of £43,000, with company car, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.**
In your role as a Personal Assistant, you'll be a vital member of our revolutionary retail team, collaborating with one of the most innovative and esteemed brands in the industry.
Reporting into the Brand Manager, you’ll execute the sales process from initial enquiry all the way through to aftercare, delivering exceptional experiences to all our customers across the United Kingdom. You'll be that reassuring presence at every step of the customer journey, ensuring excellence from start to finish. To make this possible and set you up for success you’ll be equipped with 1st class brand training, aswell as our robust and structured 30-day internal training plan that is designed to support you learn in ways that make learning fun and enjoyable. **Your Journey as a Personal Assistant**:
- A true ambassador for Genesis, you’ll showcase an in-depth understanding of our brand’s exclusive market position, products and services whilst representing it with pride and excellence ensuring the customer is fully informed of all offers
- Proactively generating new customer enquiries by identifying business opportunities and building strong personal and professional relationships
- Creating exceptional experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial enquiry all the way through to aftercare
- Driving brand awareness through social media, events and online presence whilst keeping our customers informed of brand and product news/developments, ensuring their Genesis experience is always current and exciting
- Meeting the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effortlessly build trust and rapport, which is at the heart of our customer relationships
- Familiarity with products and services within the automotive and retail landscape, preferably within luxury brands
- Confidence and experience with computer systems, and hold a full UK driving licence - you will be attending various events and customer meetings across the UK
