Responsibilities
The Sales Director will be responsible for:
- Establishing relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Developing and maintaining direct connections with current customer decision-makers to drive immediate revenue growth.
- Overseeing the lead generation and conversion process, working closely with the sales and delivery teams.
- Preparing and presenting business case approvals to Genesis management, supported by the technical and sales teams.
- Maximizing company profits for direct accounts handled.
- Contributing to the development of sales strategies to maintain Genesis' competitive edge.
Operational Experience
- Knowledge and experience of the telecommunications market.
- A proven track record of career performance and achievement.
- Established relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations.
- Ability to navigate the UK telecommunications market effectively.
- Ability to identify opportunities and apply the most effective strategies to drive revenue growth for Genesis.

Academic & Technical Background
- At least 10 years' experience in a comparable role.
- Relevant Sales and Marketing qualifications, preferably an MBA.
- Demonstrable success in similar roles.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to ensure timely deliveries.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
