We are committed to offering development opportunities to all of our staff, from Entry Level Trainee through to Senior Partner. As a trainee, all of our roles will provide a professional qualification specific to the business area you will be working in.
**The role**
As part of your role as a Payroll Associate you will provide assistance for end to end processing of standard payrolls on Sage 50 Payroll, general administrative duties as requested, keeping up to date with all payroll legislation and industry changes and assisting the payroll executives with payroll related administrative tasks.
In terms of qualifications, we want to ensure we are offering the best service to our customers and the same goes for our people. As an Associate we will provide you with the hands-on experience of working on real client information to learn about the industry and its requirements.
The attributes we are looking for is excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be liaising with our clients, the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and strong attention to detail.
You will join a wider network of 170 in the payroll team, with great opportunity to progress within this large team.
**Qualification**
We have created a first-class training and development programme and, by starting your career at Azets, in addition to the comprehensive on the job training, you will also be given all the support you need to complete a professional qualification, including college and/or study days, mentoring and a designated buddy.
**Application Requirements** To get the job that you’ll love,** you will**:
- Need the right to work in the UK from your start date
- Have achieved/be on track to achieve **96** UCAS points or equivalent
- Have achieved Level 4 or above in GCSE English Language & Maths
- Please note, this role is **not** suitable if you hold an undergraduate degree
