**We are looking for an HR Officer to support our Human Resources department. This role would be ideal for someone wanting to develop their career within HR.**

Your main duties include Absence Management Administration, Onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employee communications, assisting in preparing employee relations templates for operations and administration to support the HR Advisory Team and the HR Director) and updating internal databases.

**Working Pattern**:

- 37.5 Hours per Week
- Monday to Friday
- Agile/Flexible working

**Role: (please see full attached job description)**
- Absence Management Administration as per the company Absence Policy and Procedure.
- Onboarding of new hires (including Right to Work/ Security Checks, Offer letters, Contracts of Employment etc)
- Organise and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents such as meeting invites, references and employment confirmation
- Probation Administration (review of pro-forma, preparing meeting invites and outcomes).
- Assist in preparation of Employee Relations communications (invites to meetings and outcomes).
- Assist the HR Director in internal communication (Wellbeing/ Benefits)
- Create regular reports and presentations for the HR Team
- Monitor general mailboxes action accordingly
- Notetaking at meetings
- General recruitment administration
- Any other general HR administration duties as requested

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Administrator within a busy HR department
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong communication skills
