The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining SuccessFactors configurations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity globally, and participating in testing configuration changes. They will also evaluate areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance the use of SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain SuccessFactors configurations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Evaluate areas for improvement and recommend changes
• Participate in testing configuration changes
• Manage documentation
• Handle Tier 2 support cases
• Review system releases
• Communicate changes to end-users

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Information Management
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors
• Extensive experience in HR systems reporting, process management, and project management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
