LVFS= have a great opportunity for an MI Analyst to join our HR department. This is a very hands-on role, in which you will be producing HR/Business management information. You will be supporting with the maintenance and configuration of the LV= HR & Payroll system and recruitment system.
Using the information generated from the HR system, you will produce regular reporting and any ad-hoc report requests we receive. You'll be involved in various fast-paced HR projects, and support on these by being able to interpret and translate information from our wealth of workforce data, identify trends and any possible areas for improvement.
You will understand your stakeholders in HR and the wider business, working with them closely to recognise their requirements, and supplying them with the relevant data in an appropriately digestible format. It is important that you are able to present technical and complex information to a wide variety of audiences.
This role will offer hybrid/flexible working.
**About you**:
- Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel + Excel VBA, Power BI
- Be flexible in their approach to work and able to cope with numerous activities and deadlines
- Be an excellent team player, displaying supportive and proactive behaviours
- Have great attention to detail, strong verbal and written skills and a creative style
- Have strong planning and organisational skills
- Must be customer focused and service-oriented

**Details**:
Your day to day duties will include...
- Administer cyclical processing tasks within our HR systems
- Support with testing new releases of the HR systems
- Track the success of automated business reports and flag any issues/failures to the Senior Consultant
- Support with the maintenance and configuration of the LV= HR & Payroll system and recruitment system
- Monitor and support with HR MI queries and issues reported through the shared inbox in an accurate timely manner.
- Accurately produce/update the business, HR and Recruitment Dashboards
- Produce regular ad-hoc reports for both HR and the wider business, ensuring accuracy and quality of the data.
- Use most appropriate tools available to display data (excel, VBA, Power query, Power BI) to enable insights into People trends
- Manage the User Access Management to the HR Systems
- Support with annual report recertifications
- Ensure HR data is managed in line with group minimum standards, GDPR and other relevant legislation
