We are now looking for a Data Quality Assistant to join our team. In this role you will maintain, update and ensure the quality and accuracy of data within the Twenty7Tec lender product database. Communicating professionally with both internal and external partners and customers.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Data Input: Prepare source data, checking for potential of errors and enter data onto the system, using Standard Operating Procedures, in line with agreed SLA’s.
- Address and resolve any potential inaccuracies with lenders for clarification of supplied information
- Adopt a right first-time approach, ensuring accuracy of all data entered on the system
- Checking and updating the accuracy of data held within the Twenty7Tec sourcing database.
- Sign off verified data to confirm accuracy.
- Answer internal and external partners and customers questions and enquiries referring to the appropriate staff member for those outside of the employee’s knowledge and skills.
- Maintain partner and customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Meet the appropriate output expectations required.
- Test system changes and upgrades by inputting new data and reviewing output.

**About you**:

- Minimum of GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C (or equivalent)
- Data entry experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have an interest in detailed data
- Able to work independently

**Recruitment Process**

Applications for this role may require a short online assessment to establish competency in certain skill areas.

If you are invited to an interview, this may be carried out at our Bournemouth office, or online via a video call depending on your location. Interviews are conducted with the line manager for this role. A second interview may be required depending on the specific job role and may be attended by a member of senior management where required. Don’t worry though, we’re all very friendly

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
