**About the Role**

The role of the Marketing Associate, UK, is a hybrid position within Lemonade Finance’s Marketing team. In this role, you should have a demonstrated knowledge of organising campaigns and developing marketing strategies with at least one year in a marketing or similar position.

**Responsibilities are as follows**:

- Support and collaborate with various teams within the company to plan and execute marketing campaigns;
- Support with content, coordinate and build monthly newsletters
- Contact, onboard and monitor influencers to, ensure correct messaging is used and influencers deliver against targets set;
- Oversee the development of promotional materials for events and other partnerships ;
- Secure and attend events to foster relationship with event organisers across the UK
- Plan and organise events to drive conversions;
- Manage and coordinate a small team of event representatives ;
- Manage inventory and shipping within the UK;
- Assist in the development of marketing assets such as digital products, landing pages and other content;
- Conduct market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends;
- Engage in cross-functional responsibilities and assist the Growth Manager where needed.

**What You'll Need**
- A degree in Marketing is preferred but not required;
- You have to be a resident in the UK
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Marketing role;
- Highly organised and knowledgeable on the African diaspora in the UK;
- Excellent writing and people management skills;
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment.
- Copywriting experience would be a plus.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
