**The Team**:
OSTTRA was formed in 2021 through the combination of four businesses that have been at the heart of post-trade evolution and innovation for the last 20+ years: MarkitServ, Traiana, TriOptima and Reset. OSTTRA is a joint venture, owned 50/50 by S&P Global and CME Group.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Marketing Associate, you will be working with the broader marketing and strategy teams to work towards common goals. You will be hands-on from the start and will gain valuable experience across marketing disciplines and will work under the guidance and supervision of the Product Marketing Directors, who will support your learning journey and coach you towards your career goals.

The Marketing Associate will provide critical support to the Product Marketing Directors and Head of Marketing in the development of the strategic marketing plan, and the implementation of various marketing campaigns, to drive lead generation and engage clients in line with business priorities and targets. The Marketing Associate will also engage with Product and Sales stakeholders to build a solid understanding of our customers, including target persona workflows, our solutions, the go-to-market strategies, and the global competitive landscape.
Digital & SEO - Help to optimize our digital footprint across all channels to ensure our content is discoverable and relevant to our customers’ needs. Acquire digital marketing skills that support digital campaigns to include remarketing, prospecting, and display advertising
Metrics - Learn the end-to-end lead process, then analyze and measure the performance of each tactic and channel to maximize reach and effectiveness. Track performance of our social media posts and readership of published content to help drive decisions on future topics and content mediums
Event support & management - Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to assist in the execution of webinars, 3rd party and hosted events, including pre-event and post-event logistics, communication, attendee check-ins, and post-event lead processing as well as understanding event KPIs and suggesting opportunities for event optimization
Cross functional projects - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Ops, Strategy, Product, Sales, Designers, PR agencies, Internal Communications, Legal and Compliance) to support the project management and delivery of all marketing activity and provide timely updates
Sales enablement - Coordinate the development of sales collateral and materials to help Sales teams communicate the value proposition in line with customer workflows and the cross-OSTTRA customer-focused selling approach

**Minimum and Preferred Experience/Skills**:
Bachelor’s or MBA Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
Foundational understanding of the industries and markets served by OSTTRA
Experience writing copy for different audiences
Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
Experience with operating digital marketing platforms would be an advantage
Strong organizational skills required to prioritize multiple work priorities and projects concurrently and meet established deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment, and to collaborate with others beyond the direct reporting line
