**Job Title: Marketing Associate (Fintech)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with sales and the wider marketing team to develop engaging content strategies that resonate with our target audience of hedge funds and investment banks.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates our value proposition and key messaging.
- Digital Marketing:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to enhance our approach.
- Market Research:

- Conduct research on the fintech industry, hedge fund and investment banking sector to identify market trends, competitor insights, and potential opportunities.
- Utilize market data to inform marketing strategies and support decision-making processes within the team.
- Collateral Development:

- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales materials, to support sales efforts and client engagement.
- Event Coordination:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including webinars, hosted events, and conferences, to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- MarTech- Oversee other marketing tools as needed, ensuring file organisation and hygiene.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business/economics or a communications discipline (e.g. English).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional copywriting abilities.
- Proficiency in crafting engaging content for various platforms and audiences.
- Knowledge of Excel or Sheets and proficient user of Linkeded. Any experience or knowledge of marketing tools such as Hubspot will be a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Interest in fintech and the financial services industry is preferred.
