We are currently recruiting for an HR Systems Specialist EU to sit within the UK HR team. This is a full time 12 month maternity cover contract and will be based in our newly redesigned Central London office working 3 days a week with 2 days a week working from home. You will be reporting into the HRIS Manager.

As the HR Systems Specialist you will be managing the administration of HCM system, ensuring it is up-to-date and supporting the business with the necessary data and operational support.

Key Responsibilities- Preparing operational manuals for HR system operations and support country HR managers, payroll and recruitment teams with Workday operation-related questions, if necessary escalate and follow up with the global support team.- Preparing reports for several EU departments (HR, FRMIC, Finance, Store ops support etc.) using available Workday or payroll system data- Maintaining day to day Workday HCM operations for UNIQLO EU headquarters organisations.- Liaise between Global HRIS team and each UNIQLO EU country DRI to ensure submissions for data audit are collated- Supporting submissions with spot checks, flagging any issues to the relevant members.- Ensuring post audit reports are shared with each EU department and follows ups of any issues are completed.- Preparation quarterly annual leave reports, collecting information from each EU country and sharing reports with the Finance team- Be involved Workday and other HR System improvement projects and support testing and integration phases of the projects

What we are looking for:
- Background and experience in HCM system (preferably Workday) administration of core functionalities.- advanced skills in Office tools, (Excel), Google docs, Microsoft Power BI, and Power Automation skills to visualise data for the needs of the stakeholders within the business (preferred but not mandatory)- Good communication skills to be able to work with EU teams and global teams from diverse backgrounds- you are resilient and can handle a fast-paced, constantly evolving. multi-cultural environment- Ability to follow up on several parallel issues with dynamic priorities- Love to solve problems with an interest in using technology as a tool- Detail oriented, organised way of creating and self-checking the work created
