Are you ready to take your career to the next level by working with amazing people around Europe? We are looking for a keen and motivated HR Systems Specialist to join our friendly team.

**A typical day in this role includes**:

- Supporting the team with carrying out feature evaluation on existing and new solutions.
- Collaborate alongside a team of other HR Systems Specialists in Europe, known as the Systems Administrators; and you’ll also get to build relationships with functional experts in the businesses.
- Provide support and excellent customer service to our business units with a variety of cases from simple requests right through to complex problem-solving activities.
- Deliver training where the need is identified that meets two objectives:

- Enables the audience to understand, take ownership and encourage successful adoption.
- Ensures that system standards are included in the training to help foster consistent approaches to working in the system.
- Promote and act as the champion for Governance ensuring that best practice and key conventions are adopted and understood by our customers.
- Support with the delivery of our internal audits throughout the year to ensuring the usage of the system is in line with our Governance procedures.
- Actively provide support to the team with the trimester releases from Cornerstone, ensuring thorough tests and checks have been carried out, and that our businesses are fully supported.

- Possess a methodical and analytical approach to problem solving - you are inquisitive and ask questions. Troubleshooting and problem solving are key in this role
- See yourself as a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, with a motivation to get curious about technology. You will have the opportunity to develop on the job as well as work towards a recognised qualification with Cornerstone.
- You love a good project plan, and you also have an agile and flexible approach to working.
- You may have worked as a Systems Administrator in your previous role either as an operational / end user within HR or on the back end. You will have the appropriate level of skills required to carry out the role with lots of potential to develop. In addition, if you have knowledge of HR processes that would also be a bonus.

**What you’ll need**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and you have the ability to exercise pragmatism.
- You’re adaptable and have collaborative customer service skills to suit a variety of customers since you will be working with colleagues from all over Europe.
- Have strong attention to detail and adopt a philosophy that “the basics count”
- You’re a great communicator with a specialism for translating technical concepts to simple and digestible ones.
- Ability to thrive in a pressurised environment - the role will have its peaks (not all the time).
- Broad interest in People processes and the Employee lifecycle.
