Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. **Duties**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
