**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a member of our Admin / Customer Service team you will be communicating directly with
administrative support to the rest of the eCommerce department. You will be responsible for:
- Answering customer queries.
- Providing eCommerce support to our network of stores and other internal departments.
- Resolving customer issues.
- Processing refunds and replacements.
- Representing eCommerce in a positive and professional manner.
- Working towards quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
- Processing customers sell to orders.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
Previous experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided. If you consider yourself to be

- Passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
- Computer literate and in possession of excellent written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and a keen learner.
- Enthusiastic about working in a target-driven environment.
**LOCATION**
Our warehouse is located in North Watford, within walking distance of Watford Junction station and with good travel connections to North London and South Hertfordshire.
Pay: Up to £10.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
