**Job Title: Office Administrator**
**Location**: Byfleet, KT14 7JT
**About Us**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and manage calls.
- Organize files and assist with scheduling.
- Order supplies and handle basic bookkeeping.
- Assist with HR tasks and special projects.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
**Requirements**:
- Prior office experience preferred.
- Good understanding of spoken and written English language, including different dialects.
- Strong organization and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
